Kate Atkinson

Kate Atkinson MBE is an English writer of novels, plays and short stories.

She is best known for creating the Jackson Brodie series of detective novels, which has been adapted into the BBC One series Case Histories, starring Jason Isaacs.

Kate Atkinson was awarded an MBE in the 2011 Queen’s Birthday Honours List, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature.
